Bring reviews together
Review Pilot retrieves Google reviews and receives Tripadvisor review notifications for the restaurant locations a client has connected.
Restaurant review response workspace
Review Pilot brings Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor reviews into one focused workflow. It prepares context-aware drafts, records approval and publishes only when an authorised person chooses to do so.
How it works
Review Pilot retrieves Google reviews and receives Tripadvisor review notifications for the restaurant locations a client has connected.
The drafting service uses the review and the restaurant's approved tone, menu facts and policies. It is instructed not to invent promises or remedies.
A client manager checks the wording, approves it and then takes a separate publishing action. The decision and outcome are recorded.
Google Business Profile access
Google requires the business.manage OAuth permission for the Business Profile APIs used by Review Pilot. It is a broad Google permission, but Review Pilot limits its use to the review-response workflow described here.
With a client's permission, Review Pilot can:
Review Pilot will not create, edit or delete Google Business Profile listings. It will not change business details, opening hours, categories, photos, menus, users or ownership.
Google access can be revoked at any time through Google Account connections. Review Pilot stores the resulting access token encrypted on the server and never asks for a Google password.
Managed and invitation-only
Each restaurant keeps ownership of its source accounts, approved knowledge and final response decisions.
